Presenting Issues
Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are very powerful tools that can address a vast array of issues and conditions. Hypnotherapy is a natural and organic process of tapping into the power of your own mind to achieve your self-improvement goals. Many people think of hypnotherapy only for habits such as stopping smoking or losing weight. While it is certainly effective for those, the power of the mind has no limits when it comes to personal application.
As a Hypnotherapist, I work with an almost endless array of personal achievement goals. However, it’s important to recognize that some presenting issues may be beyond the scope of hypnotherapy alone. Depending on the dental, medical, or psychological etiology of the issue, a referral to an appropriate professional may be necessary. For example, a medical referral may be required for pain management or other medically related concerns. Similarly, if you are already working with another counseling professional or have goals that extend beyond personal self-improvement, I may ask for a referral from the appropriate psychological professional.
It would be nearly impossible to list every possible application for hypnotherapy, but the list below provides a general idea of the potential ways hypnotherapy can be applied.
